AI Workforces. Real Business Work.Controlled by Design.

Siayar Technologies LLC designs and operates governed AI workforces that perform real business operations across the systems your company already uses—with defined permissions, independent checks and human authority where judgment matters.

For operational teams managing repeatable, cross-system work where accuracy, traceability and control matter.

THE WORKFORCE MODEL

How a governed AI workforce works

One process. Specialized roles. Independent checks.

SPECIALIZED AI ROLES
Business Analyst Agent

Defines requirements, authoritative inputs and acceptance criteria; cannot expand approved scope.

Research Agent

Checks approved external or reference evidence; cannot treat an unsupported claim as verified.

Defined permissions, approved tools, logged handoffs and independent checks.

No single AI worker should define, execute, verify and approve its own work.

CONTROLLED BY DESIGN

Capability with clear boundaries.

Scoped access

Each AI worker receives only the access needed for its task.

Specialized roles

Different roles perform the work, check it and prepare it for acceptance.

Independent validation

Separate checks can stop work when evidence or requirements do not match.

Human authority

Approval-gated actions wait for recorded approval from the designated human before execution.

Auditability Important actions, evidence, handoffs and approvals remain traceable.

Explore governance

Built around your operating environment—not another platform.

Siayar Technologies LLC designs governed AI workflows around the systems and records your organization already relies on. Integration scope is defined by available interfaces, data requirements and the permissions approved for each role.

CONTROLLED WORKFLOW EXAMPLES

Different processes. The same discipline.

Choose a process to follow the work, checks and human decisions.

Supplier Onboarding

Move a supplier request from collected documents to a checked record and an authorized system update.

Supplier activation and bank/master-data changes remain held until checks pass and the designated human records approval for the specific action. API access alone grants no business authority.

Example designs only. Arrows show the intended path, not automatic progression: failed checks, rejected approvals and unresolved exceptions hold the affected action or return it for correction. Systems, permissions, authority and release rules are defined for each implementation.

Capability
What an AI worker is technically able to do.
Permission
What systems, data and operations the worker is allowed to access.
Authority
What business action or decision the worker is authorized to make.

Technical capability and system access do not by themselves grant business authority.

For consequential actions identified by the agreed authority matrix, recorded approval from the designated human is required before execution. Routine actions may execute only within explicitly delegated scope.

For example, access to a supplier API does not authorize a bank or master-data change. The proposed change must pass the required checks and receive recorded approval from the designated human before the Integration Agent performs that specific write.
