This page describes inquiry information, customer conversation records and visitor analytics collected by the Siayar Technologies LLC website. A client engagement may require separate agreements about systems, data access and processing.
Website visitor analytics
Siayar Technologies LLC records public page views and approximate country to understand website use. A region is stored only when supplied by the host; region information may be unavailable. A pseudonymous identifier derived from the request IP address, browser user-agent and a server secret changes each UTC day and helps estimate daily unique visitors. It is not a precise count of people. Raw IP addresses, browser details, precise locations, URL query strings and names are not saved in these analytics records. This tracking does not set an analytics cookie.
Counts and geographic reports are available only to the Siayar Technologies LLC administrator. Analytics reports use a 90-day retention window by default, adjustable by the administrator to 30, 90, 180 or 365 days. Older events are excluded from report queries; physical removal is request-triggered rather than scheduled. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected by Siayar Technologies LLC’s tracker. You can also exclude this browser below; this saves only an opt-out preference on your device. Hosting providers may maintain separate operational and security records.
WhatsApp conversation records
The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp, which operates under Meta’s own terms and privacy notices. The button alone does not copy your conversation into this website. Siayar Technologies LLC can retain a text export of a customer conversation or, once a WhatsApp Business connection is enabled, supported messages delivered through that connection.
Retained records can include the customer’s name, phone number, message text, message times and descriptions of media. Media files are not automatically copied. Records are stored in the website’s database and are accessible only to the Siayar Technologies LLC administrator. The default retention is 90 days after receipt or import, adjustable to 30, 90, 180 or 365 days. Expired conversation records are excluded from administrator results by the read queries. Removal from active storage is attempted on subsequent eligible dashboard, tracking or webhook requests; there is no scheduled deletion job or guaranteed deletion time. These settings do not delete copies held in WhatsApp or hosting-provider backups.
What we collect
To discuss a process, we ask for your name, work email, company, business process category and a description of the problem. You can also provide industry, team size, monthly volume, systems, desired outcome, phone number and a sample attachment. These extra details are optional.
Basic request information is used to limit abuse. Hosting services also process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as network requests and security cookies.
Why we use inquiry information
Your details are stored so Siayar Technologies LLC can understand the process, review its constraints and contact you about a suitable next step. Information may also be needed to maintain the discussion and records of any agreed work.
Submitting this form does not connect your business systems, start an AI workforce or authorize an operational action. The website form does not automatically send your inquiry to an AI model.
Attachments and sensitive information
Attachments are stored with the inquiry for review and are not published on this website. Upload only a sample you are authorized to share. Remove unnecessary personal information, confidential client records, credentials, financial account details and other sensitive material.
If the process requires sensitive information, describe the need first. The appropriate transfer method, access and handling requirements should be agreed before that information is shared.
Storage, access and website services
Inquiry records and attachments use the website’s hosted storage. Their intended use is Siayar Technologies LLC’s inquiry review and administration. The public website does not provide a way to browse submitted inquiries or download their attachments.
The site runs on ChatGPT Sites with Cloudflare infrastructure. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives the technical request needed to provide them. These providers process information according to their own service terms and privacy notices. Contact Siayar Technologies LLC before sharing information that is subject to specific storage-location requirements.
Inquiry and attachment retention
An inquiry retention period or review rule has not yet been published. The inquiry form currently has no automatic deletion deadline.
The attachment retention rule, any exceptions, and the treatment of active storage and backups are awaiting confirmation. The visitor-analytics and conversation settings described above do not apply to inquiries or their attachments.
Privacy questions
Privacy requests have a separate route. No business process category, operational problem or company information is required. Submission is not active while the request destination is being confirmed; this website currently cannot accept a privacy request through that route.
